Galgo Taro OÜ carried out the “Protein Bar Development” project from 1 September 2025 to 28 February 2026.

The aim of the project was to develop functional, protein-rich savoury snack bars made primarily from plant protein extrudate produced in Estonia and to connect the products with an innovative sales and marketing concept focused on consumer well-being and supporting animal-related causes.

The intended result of the project was the development of at least three functional protein bar prototypes.

The total cost of the project was €40,230, of which up to €28,161 was co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund through the Estonian Business and Innovation Agency.

START-UP GRANT

Galgo Taro OÜ is carrying out the project “Bringing Unique Snack Bars to Market”.

The aim of the project is to start the company’s commercial activities, bring its first products to market, develop its sales and marketing capabilities, and create a new full-time position.

The expected result is a successfully operating and growing company, a new full-time job, and the capacity to achieve sustainable sales growth.

The total eligible cost of the project is €25,000, of which €20,000 is co-funded by the European Union through the Estonian Business and Innovation Agency.
